高校数字图书馆资源建设中的知识产权问题探析

On the Intellectual Property Right Involved in the Construction of Digital Libraries in Universities

通过对数字图书馆和知识产权相关概念的介绍,从三个方面分析高校数字图书馆数字资源建设中涉及的知识产权问题,并根据这些可能存在的侵犯知识产权问题,提出高校数字图书馆建设应以人为本,增强图书馆人的知识产权意识;以法律为依据,依法进行数字图书馆建设;以技术为手段,限制数字资源在合理的范围内开发利用。

By introducing some relevant concepts on digital library and intellectual property right, this paper analyzes, from three aspects, the construction of the resources of digital libraries in universities involved in the construction of the resources of digital libraries in universities. Based on the analyzed problems in which infringements upon intellectual property right may probably occur,this paper proposes that the construction of digital libraries in universities should be conducted in such approaches as strengthening librarians＇ awareness of intellectual property right on the basis of people-orientation, constructing digital libraries according to laws,restricting the application of digital resources to a reasonable scope by means of technology.
