多层螺旋CT在颈部包块中的诊断价值

Multi-slice Spiral CT Diagnosis of Neck Masses

目的:探讨颈部包块的CT表现和诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析37例经临床、病理检查及超声检查证实的颈部包块患者的CT资料。结果:37例患者中,2例甲状舌骨囊肿,2例弥漫性甲状腺肿,1例甲状腺腺瘤,3例甲状腺癌,2例甲状腺囊肿,1例甲状旁腺腺瘤,2例腮腺肿瘤,5例慢性腮腺炎,1例腮裂囊肿,2例淋巴管瘤,4例淋巴结肿大,4例淋巴结转移瘤,3例神经鞘瘤,2例颈动脉体瘤,3例颈部脓肿。结论:多层螺旋CT检查对颈部包块具有重要价值。

Objective： To study the multi-slice spiral CT findings and CT diagnostic value of the neck masses.Method： Multi-slice spiral CT findings of 37 cases with neck masses were retrospectively analyzed.Result： In the 37 cases, thyroglossal bone cyst in 2 cases, diffuse goiter in 2 cases, thyroid adenoma in 1 case, thyroid carcinoma in 3 cases, thyroid cyst in 2 cases, parathyroid adenoma in 1 case, parotid benign tumor in 2 cases, chronic parotitis in 5 cases, gill cleft cyst in 1 case, ymphangioma in 2 cases, lymph node enlargement in 4 cases, lymph node metastasis tumor in 4 cases, schwannoma in 3 cases, carotid body tumor in 2 cases, cervical abscess in 3 cases.Conclusion： Multi-slice spiral CT plays an important role in diagnosis of the neck masses.
