摘要
通过采用气质联用方法对石笔木种子油的营养成分进行了分析。结果表明:种子中含有12.96%的水分,4.94%粗蛋白和50.29%的粗脂肪。对其脂肪酸进行GC-MS分析表明,十六烷酸(15.44%)、油酸(23.27%)、十八烷酸(4.54%)、反式-3-辛基环氧化乙烷辛酸(7.23%)、3-辛基环氧化乙烷辛酸(5.21%)和顺式-3-辛基环氧化乙烷辛酸(6.23%)含量丰富,是组成其脂肪酸的主要成分。
The nutrient components of the seed ofTutcheria championi Nakai were analyzed and determined by GC-MS. The results showed that content of water is 12%, crude protein is 4.94% crude fatty acids is 50.29%. The main compounds of seed oil were identified as hexadecanoic acid (15.44%), 9-octadecenoic acid (23.27%), stearate (4.54%), oxiraneoctanoic acid, 3-octyl-, methyl ester, trans-(7.23%), oxiraneoctanoic acid, 3-octyl-, methyl ester(5.21%), oxiraneoctanoic acid, 3-octyl-, methyl ester, cis-(6.23%)etc. The results provided a scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of the seed ofT. championi.
