Research on Some Provincial State-owned Venture Capital Investment Companies and Enlightenment

上海国有创投企业与深圳、苏州、广东等创投公司基本上同时起步,但近年来实力差距拉大。碉研认为,上海应通过集团化发展整合现有的国有创投企业,建立上海科技金融集团,并通过机制创新,解决国资管理与市场化经营的冲突问题,使上海国有创投业成为服务上海科技创新战略、新兴产业发展和转变经济发展方式的有力抓手。

Shanghai state--owned venture capital investment industry is started at the same time with venture capital companies of Shenzhen, Suzhou, Guangdong, hut the strength of the gap is widening in recent years. We suggest that Shanghai state--owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission establish the Shanghai Science and Technology Finance Group by collectivizing to integrate development of the existing state--owned venture capital companies, and through innovative mechanisms to resolve conflicts of management of state- owned assets and marketization management, so that Shanghai state--owned venture capital investment industry become the strong grasper of serving for Shanghai science and technology innovation strategy, the development of new industries and the transformation of economic development mode.
