用上升液滴法研究了纯水反萃取有机相(有机胺——酯酸丁酯——油酸)溶液中柠檬酸的动力学,建立了反萃取动力学经验方程,并考察了温度、醋酸丁酯及油酸对反萃取速率的影响。结果表明反萃取速率的经验方程式可表示为: R′=k_b[H_3A]_((O))^(0.6234)[R_3N]_((O))^(0.8006)[醋酸丁酯]__((O))^(-0.4749)[油酸]_((O))^(1.898)
The rate of back-extraction of citric acid from Organic phase by distilled water have been studied by single drop method. The organic phase was the extractive phase of which citric acid from fer mentation aqua was extracted by alkyl amine with oleie acid and butyl acetate. The influence of temperature, concentrations of butyl acetate and oleie acid on the back-extraction rate were also discussed. The rate constant at 353 K and activation energy were calculated to be 25.57×10^(-4) and 19.879 kJ/mol respectively, and the back-extraction rate equation can be represented by R'=k_b[H_3A]_((O))^(0.6234)[R_3N]_((O))^(0.8006)[butyl acetate]_((O))^(-0.4749)[oleic acid]_((O))^(1.898) Wher R' is the back-extraction rate, k_b is the rate constant, and [H_3A]_((O)),[R_3N]_((O)), [butyl acetate]_((O)), [oleic acid]_((O)) are the concentrations of citric acid, alkyl amine, butyl acetate and oleic acid in organic phase respectively.
