摘要
1 前言含氮有机物完全氧化反应的最终产物有两种情况: 通过催化燃烧工艺净化含氮有机污染物时,希望反应过程不生成或少生成NO_x,即反应按步骤(a)进行,达到无害排放。要实现这一目标关键是寻找好的催化剂。这方面的研究国外已有报导。我们也进行了一些初步的探索,并已开发了实用催化剂。
In this paper, the product distributions of n-Butylamine oxidation over Pt/NM catalyst were studied. Experimental results showed that the reaction rate had noting to do with the concentratiton of n-Butylamine in the presence of large excess of oxygen. The rate equation was r=1.9×10~5 exp(-99600/RT). As the temperature rose, NO_x concentration went through a maximum which corresponds to 410℃ and the largest NO_x yield was about 94%. So that, mechanism of n-Butylamine oxidation was disscussed and cause of NO_x proudction maximum was explained.
