摘要
借助于光学和扫描电子显微镜 ,从微观组织和性能角度 ,研究了原料油泵电机主轴开裂原因 ,其失效是表面脱碳和轴颈应力集中共同作用下的扭转切断引起的。
Cracking failure of the main shaft of a crude oil pump was analyzed by means of optical metalloscopy (OM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that it is a typical torsion shear fracture resulting from the combined effect of surface de carbonation and stress concentration at shaft neck.
