摘要
以KOH -甲醇 -正己烷为皂化萃取溶剂 ,利用微波皂化萃取 -气相色谱法测定了生物样品中的多氯联苯 (PCBs) ,实现了在皂化的同时对待测物的萃取。方法的检出限为质量分数6.25×10 -9 ;合成样品的回收率为92 %~98 % ,相对标准偏差为2.3 %。该法操作简便、快速、准确、节省溶剂 ,适合于生物样品中PCBs的快速测定。
A method for the determination of polychlorobiphenyls(PCBs) in biological samples with microwave _ assisted saponification and extraction(MASE)is described by gas chromatography. A KOH methanol solution- hexane system was used as a saponification and extraction solvent. Experimental results indicate that the saponification of the sample matrix and the extraction of PCBs could be carried out simultaneously. The detection limit was 6.25 ×10-9 (mass fraction), recoveries for spiked fish sample were between 92%~98%, and the RSD was 2.3%. This method is simple, rapid, efficient, accurate and solvent saving. It is particularly suitable for the rapid determination of PCBs in biological samples.
