摘要
根据形状误差的定义,本文提出了用最大模范数最小化原理评价圆度和圆柱度误差的新方法。和最小二乘法以及卡尔曼滤波法比较,本方法是以主动控制形状误差最优来进行参数估计的,因此的对任何类型误差的干扰都具有显著的抑制和衰减能力,并使各种评价结果最精确而稳定地收敛于真值.
Based on the difinition of formal errors, a new method of evaluating roundness and cylindricity errors by minimizing norm of a maximal module is put up in this article. In comparison to least squares method and Kalman filter approach, this method is characterized by making, on its own initiative, formal errors optimum and in turn estimating parameters, then any types of interference error can notably be restrained and attenuated and all kinds of evaluating result will accurately and stably converge to their true values.
