摘要
报道了一种集纵向和横向连续波一氧化碳激光器优点的新型器件.采用快速流动方法和循环流动技术,获得了100W级的激光输出功率,并使工作气体的消耗降到极低水平.
A new-type device,which has the strong points of both coaxial and transverse CW CO lasers,is reported.The fast-flow and relatively good cooling systems led to 100 watts of laser output power,and the circulating-flow technique resulted in great reduction of the consumption of working gases.
