Research on Wide Range Low Temperature Liquid Crystal Display Modules

本文介绍了宽低温TN(或STN)液晶显示模块的设计、研制以及薄膜电阻加热器对拓宽模块低温应用范围的实验情况.

The design and study of wide range low temperature twisted nematic (of super twisted nemalic) liquid crystal displays modules are introduced in this paper. The experiment results about widening the range of low temperature of modules with thin film resistor heaters have been discussed.
