在对既有住宅进行适老化改造方面,发达国家已积累政策制定和实施的丰富经验。本文选取目前发达国家常见的三类老年住宅改造政策进行介绍,对每种政策在各个国家的实施依据和情况进行了论述,并探讨其对中国的启示。

The developed countries have over 50-year experience of housing reform for their senior citizen. Their lessons provided us instructive examples of policy making as well as project practice. In this issue, the three most popular current types of housing reform policy as well as their operation status in various countries would be introduced, thus the edification for our country would be discussed.
