项目分为两部分,并被周围的景观以及附设的停车场围绕.两栋建筑的位置主要由梯形场地的形状决定,并且充分利用了从基地一侧Margenat街（＋100.50标高）到另一侧Dolors Monserda街（＋95.50标高）之间的地势高差.Via Augusta街完成了基地的城市布局,Foundation Auxilia楼的主入口正位于此街道上.
The project is divided into two volumes surrounded by a landscaped area and a carport that binds. The position of both buildings is primar- ily determined by the disposition of the trapezoidal site that allows to take advantage of the difference between the levels of pavement of the streets Margenat （＋100.50 level） and Dolors Monserda （＋95.50 level）. The Via Augusta completes the urban layout of the site,
