摘要
简要分析了回转头压力机使用的传统曲柄滑块工作机构的工作原理及优缺点,论述了肘杆式工作机构的工作原理及优势。以公称压力20 kN、滑块行程25 mm、滑块公称压力行程4 mm的高速回转头压力机为应用研究背景,设计了3种不同类型的肘杆工作机构,分别建立其运动学模型;并以滑块行程为25 mm作为约束条件,以滑块在4 mm公称压力行程内的最大速度最小化作为优化目标,通过计算机优化分别确定出了该3种类型的工作机构中的各个构件尺寸。进一步建立了该3种类型机构的三维结构模型,然后分析对比这三种不同类型机构的滑块位移、速度、加速度等特性参数。分析结果表明,这3种类型中的"连杆曲线"型六连杆机构的综合性能较为理想。
The working principle and advantages and weaknesses of traditional crank-slide mechanism used by the turret punch presses were analyzed briefly.The principle and advantages of knuckle mechanism were elaborated.Based on the background of appli-cation research of high-speed turret punch presses with 20 kN nominal pressure,25 mm slide stroke,4 mm slide block nominal pres-sure stroke,three different kinds of knuckle mechanisms were designed,and their kinematics models were built respectively.Then each structure size for the three different kinds of working mechanisms was gotten respectively through the optimization by computer, with 25 mm slide stroke as a condition of constraints and by the optimal aim of achieving minimum of their max slide velocity in their 4mm slide block nominal pressure stroke.And then their 3D structural models were built up,and their different parameters were ana-lyzed and compared including the slide displacement,velocity and slide acceleration,and so on.The analysis results show that the synthetic performance of the “link curve”type of six-bar linkage among these three kinds is the best.
