摘要
对传统机械式无差动磨齿机进行数控化改造,选用PMAC运动控制器和工业控制计算机作为控制系统核心,与安川伺服组成全闭环控制;使用电子齿轮代替原来传统的蜗杆蜗轮分度机构,提高了加工精度;利用直线插补的运动方式,进行四轴联动,在该机床上实现切向差动磨削,提高了斜齿轮的加工精度。
A NC reform method was given for a traditional worm wheel gear grinding machine.The PMAC motion controller and the industrial control computer were selected as the control system core,which were used to build up a closed loop with the servo motor.The electronic gearbox was used to replace the traditional worm gear,so the machining accuracy was improved.By linear in-terpolation,the helical gear grinding by tangential differential motion was achieved on the worm wheel grinding machine without the differential structure,which could improve the machining accuracy of the helical gear effectively.
