摘要 利用AMESim软件建立了数字液压缸模型,仿真分析了阀芯螺杆螺距对数字液压缸性能的影响。结果表明:在其他条件都相同的情况下,阀芯螺距增加,液压缸的位移滞后量减小,位移幅值增大,系统的动态跟踪误差及静态误差减小明显,数字液压缸的精度提高。 The model of the digital hydraulic cylinder was established by AMESim software,and effects of the pitch of the valve core screw on the performances of the digital hydraulic cylinder were analyzed.The results demonstrate with the increase of the pitch of the valve core screw,the lagged value of the displacement of the hydraulic cylinder is decreased,the amplitude of displacement is in-creased,the dynamic and static errors of system are both decreased distinctly,and the accuracy of the digital hydraulic cylinder is en-hanced.
