摘要
以某大型数控龙门铣床床身结构为研究对象,使用ANSYS Design Explorer优化设计模块,将床身筋板厚度、砂孔直径作为主要的优化参数,在床身原强度和刚度不变的前提下对其进行轻量化设计。分析结果表明:经轻量化设计后,床身的总变形、应力、应变最大值有所下降且分布得到改善,质量减少了11.3%。
Taking a large-scale CNC gantry milling machine bed structure as the research object,using ANSYS Design Explorer optimal design module,the thickness of the body ribs and the sand hole diameter were taken as main optimal variables to make light-weight design on the premise of same bed original strength and stiffness.The analysis results show that:after lightweight design,the maximum values of the bed deformation,stress,strain are declined and their distributions are improved,weight reduction is 1 1.3%.
