摘要
叙述了Wireless HART无线系统网络的设计规则:最少5台设备的规则、3个"邻居"的规则、百分比的规则、最大距离的规则、路径稳定性的规则、最多7"跳"的规则。介绍了针对生产现场的具体情况如何突破这些规则的方法。列举了当实际Wireless HART网络满足不了设计规则时,强化Wireless HART网络的几条措施:在网关的有效范围内添加更多的无线现场设备、添加中继器、移动网关位置、添加另一个网关、添加接入点等。
The wireless HART process design rules including rule of at least 5 sets of field devices,rule of three neighbor devices,rule of percentages,rule of maximum distance,rule of path stability,rule of up to 7 “trip” are described.Method of breaking rules aiming to the specific circumstances of the production site is introduced.Finally,several measures,such as adding more wireless field devices within effective range of the gateway,adding repeater,moving gateway location,adding another gateway and access point are listed to strengthen the wireless HART network when the actual wireless HART network can't meet the design rules.
