摘要
研究了在硅钙摩尔比2.4、不同温度、不同时间下无机添加剂KCl、Na2CO3、Li2CO3对磷矿熔态还原反应的还原率的影响,得出3种添加剂的影响力大小为Na2CO3>KCl>Li2CO3。探讨了磷矿石熔态还原反应的机理,从机理出发说明添加剂的加入能改善磷矿还原反应的熔态环境,使磷酸三钙在熔液相中快速扩散,提高反应物的活性,提高熔态还原反应的还原率。
Effect of inorganic additives potassium chloride,sodium carbonate and lithium carbonate on reduction ratio of the phosphate rock smelting reduction reaction with silica-to-lime mole ratio 2.4 was studied at different time and temperatures and the results showed that the influence level is in the following decreasing order:sodium carbonate,potassium chloride,lithium carbonate.The mechanism of the reduction reaction was discussed.According to the mechanism,it indicated that the additives could improve the molten environment of the reduction reaction and the reaction activity to make tricalcium phosphate diffuse quickly and the reduction ratio increase as a result.
