摘要
针对传统脂肪酸类碳酸盐捕收剂选择性、溶解性和耐低温性差等缺点,运用化学修饰改性手段设计合成了一种α-羟基型脂肪酸捕收剂,并进行了胶磷矿和白云石纯矿物浮选、扫描电镜和溶液化学试验。结果表明,改性后的脂肪酸捕收剂的浮选性能有了明显提高,为脂肪酸类捕收剂衍生化进一步研究提供了参考。
In response to the bad selectivity and poor water-solubility and intolerant low temperature of conventional fatty acid carbonate flotation collector,a new α-hydroxyl fatty acid collector is synthesized by chemical modifiability.It was used in the tests of pure minerals flotation in collophanite and dolomite,scanning electron microscope and solution chemistry.The results showed that the modified product were greatly improved with flotation capability and the research provides a reference for the advanced study of fatty acid carbonate flotation collector ramification.
