摘要
本文对我国某磷铁矿磁选尾矿进行了选磷试验研究。试验矿样中有较高含量的方解石矿物,方解石与磷灰石表面性质相似,可浮性差别较小,浮选分离较困难。试验采用了一种方解石抑制剂S-716,该抑制剂能够有效抑制方解石矿物,而对磷矿物的抑制作用较小,实现了磷灰石矿物与方解石矿物的有效浮选分离。含P2O57.34%的原矿,经正浮选一次粗选两次精选开路试验,获得了P2O5品位为27.01%,P2O5回收率为71.06%的磷精矿。
In this paper,phosphate mineral flotation tests were conducted on magnetic tailings from a phosphosiderite mine in China.The samples had higher levels of calcite minerals.Calcite and apatite have the similar surface properties and the smaller floatability difference and are difficult to separated in flotation.A calcite inhibitor S-716 was used in the tests.The inhibitor was more effective on the calcite mineral and less effective on the phosphate mineral.As a result,the effective flotation separation of apatite and calcite were made.Tests by one time direct flotation,two times roughing and cleaning in open circuits and the 27.01% P2O5 phosphate concentrate was produced with recovery of 71.06% P2O5.
