摘要 本文针对汉源磷钾矿石的性质特点,在大量探索性试验研究的基础上,最终确定采用正反浮选工艺流程作为原则流程,原矿磨矿细度-325目质量分数占96.5%,采用一次粗选、两次扫选、四次正浮选强制精选和两次反浮选,以硫酸作为反浮选抑制剂,RKY7作为正浮选抑制剂,获得了原矿P2O5品位22.87%,磷精矿P2O5品位30.45%,MgO质量分数0.83%,K2O质量分数0.81%,磷回收率86.90%;钾精矿P2O5品位7.02%,MgO质量分数1.09%,K2O质量分数6.84%,钾回收率75.76%的良好技术经济指标。 The direct reverse flotation process was adopted as a principal process based on a large amount of research work in response to characteristics of the ore.The grinding fineness of-325 mesh contents in the run-of-mine ore accounted for 96.5%.One-time roughing,twotime scavenging,four-time direct flotation and forced cleaning and twotime reverse flotation were introduced with sulfuric acid solution as reverse flotation inhibitor and RKY7 as positive flotation inhibitor and obtained the desirable economical and technical indexes were obtained of run-of-mine ore with P2O5 grade of 22.87%,phosphate concentrate with P2O5 grade of 30.45%,MgO content 0.83%,K2O content 0.81%,phosphorus recovery 86.90%,potassium concentrate with P2O5 grade of 7.02%,MgO content 1.09%,K2O content 6.84% and potassium recovery 75.76%.
