摘要
某石榴石矿自然类型主要有石榴斜长角闪岩和石榴黑云斜长片麻岩两种,其中以石榴斜长角闪岩为主,针对该矿石结构特点,进行了各种工艺流程试验。通过试验结果对比,确定最终工艺为:强磁选抛尾—磨矿—重选—弱磁选—强磁选—干燥—成品。试验得到的石榴石产品的指标为:石榴石品位96.63%,回收率82.92%。
A garnet ore mine has two major natural types of garnet ore being predominant amphibolites and plagiogneiss.Various technical processes were tested in light of the ore texture features.By comparison of the test results,the technical process was finalized being high-intensity magnetic separation to discard tailing-grinding-gravity separation-low-intensity magnetic separation-high-intensity magnetic separation-drying-finished product.The indexes of the final garnet product obtained from the tests were the grade of garnet ore 96.63% and the recovery rate 82.92%.
