摘要
为了更准确地测试高温注汽井的地层温度、压力数据,研制了一种高温注汽井温度压力测试仪。该仪器由井下仪器与地面处理两个部分组成:井下仪器以PIC16F883单片机为核心,完成井内温度、压力、磁定位的采集和存储;地面处理实现井下数据的回放与处理。介绍了该仪器的结构和主要技术指标、系统的硬件及软件设计。应用情况表明,该仪器能够满足高温注汽井的测试要求。
In order to more accurately test of high temperature gas injector formation temperature and pressure data , a high temperature double parameter tester is developed .The instrument was composed of downhole instruments and ground processing: the downhole instrument completed the borehole temperature, pressure, CCL of the collection and storage with PIC16F883 MCU as the core; Ground processing achieved downhole data playback and processing .This article introduces the structure of the instrument and the main technical indicators , the system hardware and software design .Application shows that the instrument can meet the testing requirements of the high temperature gas injector .
