大唐锡林浩特矿褐煤干燥项目是秦冶重工在锡林浩特市大唐煤矿坑口附近新建的150t/h褐煤干燥示范工程。该文介绍了西门子S7-300 PLC在褐煤干燥装置基础自动化系统中的应用,重点介绍了控制系统的软硬件构成和PLC及人机界面的编程思路。
150 t/h lignite dehydration demonstration project located in Xilinhot coal company Datang Group .That has been built by Qinye heavy industry company .This paper introduces the project ’ s auto-control system, composed mainly by Siemens S7-300 controller, focusing on the control system ’s hardware and software structure and PLC and HMI programming ideas .
