Ethical Problems and Countermeasures for Nursing in Department of Rheumatology

目的探究风湿内科护理常见的伦理问题与解决对策,提高风湿内科临床护理质量。方法收集所有病例资料,以及护理内容,统计护理伦理问题的类型,以我院自制调查问卷的形式,选取近些年我院风湿内科临床护理时遇到的伦理问题,对其进行总结分析,从而提出针对性的解决对策。结果在风湿内科20例发生护理伦理问题的个例中,其中13例是由于对患者隐私部位护理引起的,4例由于患者合并感染性疾病引起的,3例是由于人文关怀程度不够引起的。而对40名护理人员进行调查显示,其中19例护理人员对基础伦理护理知识掌握不到位,占47.5%,13例护理人员面对伦理问题时做出错误选择,占32.5%。结论风湿内科同其他科室一样,同样存在伦理护理问题,通过伦理护理宣教、临床带教等模式可以有效提高护理人员伦理护理技能,并且减少伦理护理问题的产生,对提高风湿内科护理质量有显著价值,值得推广。

Objective： To investigate the common ethical problems and countermeasures for nursing in department of rheumatology, to improve the nursing quality. Method ： A self - designed questionnaire was used in analyzing the ethical problems encountered in the process of clinical nursing in the rheumatology department and corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Results：In rheumatology 20 cases of nursing ethics cases, 13 cases of them are caused by the private parts of nursing on the patients, 4 cases were caused by patients with infectious diseases, 3 cases are caused by human care enough. And to survey of 40 nursing staff, including 19 cases of nurses in basic ethical nursing knowledge does not reach the designated position, accounted for 47.5% , 13 cases of nursing staff when faced with ethical issues making the wrong choice, accounting for 32.5%. Conclusions：Department of rheumatology, like other departments, having the same ethical nursing problems, through the ethical nursing education, clinical teaching model can effectively improve the nursing personnel ethical nursing skills, and reduce nursing ethics problems, has a significant value for improving nursing quality.
