摘要
目的了解医学生医患沟通能力发展趋势与角色认知现状,为医学院校人才培养提供参考。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,从山东省3所医学院校抽取1381人进行问卷调查,并对数据进行统计分析。结果医学生对医患关系现状评分为(2.43±0.90)分,医生沟通能力重要性得分为(1.83±0.62)分;医学生对沟通能力提升的传统干预方法评价持不满意态度,其中教育培训为(2.06±0.64)分,医患沟通课程为(2.33±0.73)分,人文社会科学课程为(2.28±0.71)分。医学生沟通能力发展涵盖了下降期、转折期与提升期。结论 "转折期"与"提升期"是大学生医患沟通能力提升角色干预的最佳关键点。
Objective: To investigate the development trend of medical students communication ability in doctor - patient and role recognition situation, to provide the reference for the medical colleges talents cultivation. Methods: Using stratified random sampling method, 1381 students selected from the three medical college of Shandong province were investigated with a questionnaire. Data was analyzed with statistical descriptive analysis. Results: The scores of the relationship between doctors - patients was ( 2.43 ± 0.90 ) , and the importance of doctor communication ability was lack ( 1.83 ± 0.62 ) The medical students were not satisfied with the traditional intervention in the way of improving communication ability. The communicative ability development of medical students included the decline phrase, inflecting phase and promotion phrase. Conclusion: The inflecting phase and promotion phrase are the key period for improving the communication ability of medical students.
