摘要
患者在需求层次方面的满意与否是医疗投诉产生的一个重要因素,其包括生理需求、安全需求、爱与归属的需求、自尊需求和自我实现需求,建议在此基础上构建和谐医患关系从以下几点入手:完善基本服务设施,满足患者基本生理需求;实施有效管理,加强医疗环节质量控制;倡导人性化诊疗服务,提升人文关怀水平;以患者需求为出发点,加强医患沟通。
The patients'needs with satisfaction or not is an important factor to produce medical complaints. The needs include physiological needs, security needs, love and belonging, esteem and self -actualization needs. Suggestions for building a harmonious doctor -patient relationship should pay attention to the following points: improve the basic facilities, meet the basic physiological needs ; implement effective management, strengthen the quality of medical control ; advocate humanistic medical services, enhance the level of humanistic care ; take patientsJneeds as the starting point and strengthen the doctor - patient communication.
