精神障碍诊断中的伦理问题分析

Ethical Analysis of Mental Disorder Diagnosis

通过探究造成精神障碍诊断中误诊的原因,从对精神障碍本质认识上的局限性和精神障碍诊断的特殊性等两个方面进行了具体的论述,其中讨论了精神障碍的生物医学模式及其他模式,以及反对精神障碍学的主要观点。在此基础上提出了在精神障碍诊断中应结合事实判断和价值判断,更好地为精神障碍患者提供诊疗服务。

The major reasons for misdiagnoses in mental disorder diagnosis were explored and discussed through limited understanding the nature of mental disorder and the specialty of psychogeny diagnosis. The biomedical models and other models for mental disorders were discussed and the main opinions against psychogeny were also introduced. Based on this, the authors proposed that the mental disorder diagnosis should combine the fact judgement and value judgement, in order to provide better medical services for people with mental disorders.
