摘要
目的:评估腹腔镜下全子宫切除临床价值。方法:对比腹腔镜下全子宫切除A组和传统经腹全子宫切除B组两种手术方式、手术时间、出血量、肠功能恢复、平均住院时间。结果:手术时间A组大于B组(P<0.05),出血量、术后排气时间、平均住院时间:A组小于B组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下全子宫切除较腹式全子宫切除术式具有创伤小、出血少、对腹腔内环境干扰小、恢复快等优点,是一种理想的全子宫切除术式,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of total laparoscopic hysterectomy. Methods: A total of 165 patients undergone total laparoscopic hysterectomy were included as group A,and another 92 patients received total abdominal hysterectomy were enrolled as controls( group B). The two groups were compared with regard to operating time,blood loss,recovery time of bowel function,and mean hospital stay. Results: The operating time was greater in group A than group B( P 〈0. 01),whereas group A had less blood loss,earlier recovery of bowel function and shorter mean hospital stay( P 0. 01).Conclusion: Total laparoscopic hysterectomy may lead to little trauma,less bleeding,minor intraperitoneal interference and fast recovery than conventional total abdominal hysterectomy,and is thus worthy of wider clinical application.
