应用圆形分布法分析新疆某三甲医院口腔科诊疗人次高峰期的研究

目的：分析新疆某三甲医院口腔科诊疗人次的高峰期,以探索和掌握其季节性分布特征,为强化口腔科医疗管理和合理调配人力资源提供科学依据。方法：应用圆形分布法统计分析口腔科2012年诊疗人次的季节性消长。结果：2012年口腔科诊疗人次高峰期为2月25日-9月13日,平均高峰时点为4月12日。结论：应用圆形分布法分析口腔科诊疗人次的高峰期明确可靠,为制定管理对策和合理调配科室工作提供了较为准确的依据。以此分析作依据进行预约就诊,将是协调医患间诊疗时间安排的方法之一。

Objective：Analysis of Xinjiang first class hospital dental clinic visits peak in order to explore and master their seasonal pattern,to strengthen dental medical management and rational allocation of human resources to provide a scientific basis.Methods：Statistical analysis of circular distribution method using dental clinics in 2012the number of seasonal fluctuation.Results：2012dental clinic visits peak of February25-September 13,2011,the average peak point is April 12.Conclusions：Analyzed using circular distribution peak of dental clinic visits clear and reliable,for the development of management strategies and reasonable allocation of desk work provides a more accurate basis.On this analysis carried out on the basis of appointment,will be one of the methods of diagnosis and treatment of the coordination schedule between doctors and patients.
