摘要
采用熔融-拉伸法制备聚丙烯中空纤维膜(PPHF),通过改变拉伸倍数和拉伸速率,制得不同性能的中空纤维膜,并对所得中空纤维膜从宏观和微观层面进行了测试和表征.实验结果表明,随着拉伸倍数的增大,膜的水通量、气体通量和平均孔径都是先增大后减小,而孔隙率则是先增大后保持不变.随着拉伸速率的增大,膜弹性回复率则先增大后保持不变或略有增加,而膜的孔隙率和气体通量都是先增大后减小再增大.SEM电镜照片也进一步证明了膜表面结构的变化.
In this thesis polypropylene hollow fibers (PPHF) membrane have been prepared by using meltstretch method.Different performance of hollow fiber membrane were made by changing draw ratio and draw rate,and the membranes were tested and characterized from the macro and micro level.The results show that with the increase of draw ratio,water flux,gas flux and average pore diameter are increase firstly and then decrease.And the porosity is increased firstly and remain unchanged subsequently.With the increase of draw rate,the elastic recovery rate of membrane is increased firstly and remain unchanged then.And the porosity and gas flux of membrane are increase firstly and decrease subsequently then increase again.The SEM photos confirm this changes.
