摘要
利用自制的能量回收式气隙膜蒸馏组件处理催化剂废水,针对废水水质特点采用"加碱除硬+澄清+微滤+离子交换+调酸"的预处理工艺,预处理后废水中Ca2+、Mg2+浓度均小于5.0mg/L;利用正交试验方法对操作条件进行优化设计,结果表明流量Q为50L/h,进料温度T1为25℃,T3为90℃时,此时膜通量最大为4.85kg/(m2·h);流量为20L/h,进料温度T1为55℃,T3为90℃时,造水比最大为6.35;对废水经过20h的试验,废水回收率为87%,而膜通量下降缓慢,产水TDS最大为18.4mg/L,截留率大于99.9%.
Air gap membrane distillation module with energy recovery was used to concentrate catalytic wastewater.A novel pretreatment process which consisted of chemical removal of hard ions,clarification,ultrafiltration,ions exchanges and regulation pH was proposed.The content of Ca2+ and Mg2+ were all below 5.0 mg/L after pretreatment.The operation parameters were optimized using orthogonal experiment in order to keep higher permeate flux(JD) and gained output ratio(GOR).The results showed that value of the permeate flux JD could achieve maximum value of 4.85 kg/(m2 · h) when T1 was 25 ℃,T3 was 90 ℃ and Q was 50 L/h; GOR could be 6.35 when T1 was 55 ℃,T3 was 90 ℃ and Q was 20 L/h.Catalytic water was concentrated continuously for 20 hours and the results showed that wastewater recovery was 87%,JD declined slowly and the maximum TDS of produced water was 18.4 mg/L which means that retention rate was greater than 99.9%.
