摘要
研究了 1.2 mol· L-1的盐酸溶液中 ,有 CTMAB存在下 ,钼与 DBON- PF的显色反应。钼与 DBON- PF生成红色络合物 ,最大吸收波长为 540 nm,摩尔吸光系数为 6.2× 10 4 L·mol-1·cm-1。测得络合物的组成比为 Mo( )∶ DBON- PF=1∶ 2。钼量在 0— 2 0 μg/ 2 5m L范围内符合比耳定律。有色络合物稳定 8h以上。该方法用于矿石中微量钼的测定 ,结果令人满意。
In the medium of 1.2mol·L^-1 HCl,color reaction of molybdenum(Ⅵ) with 4,5\|dibromo\|2\|nitro\|phenylfluorone(DBON-PF) was investigated in the presence of cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB).Mo(Ⅵ) forms red complex with DBON-PF,the apparent molar absorptivity is 6.2×10~4L·mol^-1·cm^-1 at 540nm.The complex ratio of Mo(Ⅵ) to DBON-PF is 1∶2. Beer~,s law is obeyed in the range of 0—20μg/25mL for molybdenum.Color complex is stable for at least 8h.The method has been applied to the determination of trace molybdenum in ore with satisfactory results.
