利用低合金钢标样测定非镀锡薄板镀铬量

Determination of Chromium Coating Weight in the Chromium Plated Tin Free Steel Using the Standard Sample of Low Alloy Steel

本文提出了以低合金钢标准样品代替无锡薄钢板参比样品 ,利用直读光谱仪测定无锡薄钢板镀铬量的方法。解决了国内外因没有无锡薄钢板标准样品而影响直读光谱法测定无锡薄钢板镀铬量方法的推广应用问题。本方法精度 RSD小于 2 .5% ,准确度为 150 mg/m2 ± 5mg/m2 。

The method of using the standard sample of low alloy steel instead of tin free steel reference sample by direct reading spectrometry was used to determine chromium coating weight.The problem existing in the past determination caused by the shorting of the tin free steel was solved in this way.The RSD of this method is less than 2.5%,and the accuracy is 150mg/m^2 ±5mg/m^2.
