系数倍率紫外光谱法同时测定复方苯甲酸软膏中的苯甲酸和水杨酸的研究

Simultaneous Determination of Benzoic Acid and Salicylic Acid in Compound Benzoic Acid Ointment by K-Factor UV Spectrophotometry

本文用系数倍率紫外光谱法同时测定了复方苯甲酸软膏中苯甲酸和水杨酸的含量 ,取得了满意的结果 ,苯甲酸测定回收率为 99.33%— 10 1.80 % ,水杨酸测定回收率为 10 0 .92 %— 10 5.4 6%。

The contents of benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid ointment were simultaneously determined by K-factor UV spectrophotometry. The result is satisfactory. The recoveries of benzoic acid and salicylic acid are in the range of 99.33%—101.80% and 100.92%—105.46%,respectively.
