摘要
建立了用紫外分光光度法测定头孢 G酸含量、用薄层色谱进行其纯度检查的简便分析方法。并用 IR、MS验证头孢 G酸的结构。
A simple method of determination and indentification of 7 (phenylacetamido) deacetoxycephlosporin acid with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and thin layer chromatography (TLC) was established. Structure of 7 (phenylacetamido) deacetoxycephlosporin acid was identified with IR and MS.
