Exploration of the “Six in One” Model for Social Work Internship in Vocational Colleges——A Case Study of the Social Work Department of Guangdong Youth Vocational College

在广东青年职业学院社会工作系的专业实习实践中,要从国内社会工作专业实习模式的现状出发,构建实习生、学院、教师、实习机构、机构督导、实习小组等"六位一体"的高职社会工作专业实习模式。

This paper suggests that a social work internship model featuring higher vocational education should be built upon the current social work internship models in China. It also suggests that in the practice of the Social Work Department of Guangdong Youth Vocational College, a ＂Six in One＂ internship model should be adopted, so as to realize the integration of interns, schools, tutors, internship institutions, institutional supervisors and internship groups.
