摘要
本文构建了区域用地集约利用评价指标体系及权重,通过数据收集调查,对佛山市区域用地进行了评价。并对评价成果进行了空间的横向分析和时间上的纵向比较,摸清了佛山市区域用地集约利用水平分布和形成原因,提出了区域用地评价成果的利用方向。
This paper establishes the evaluation index system and weight of Regional Intensive Land Use, the intensive use level of the con- struction land was evaluated in the land range of Foshan Cityt based on collecting the data. The result of the calculation was analyzed on time and space, and the regional differentiation law and causes of the construction land intensive use level in foshan City was explored. On the application of the results proposals have been put forward.
