摘要：人民法院作为公平与正义的最后一道防线，有力地维护了法律的权威和尊严，有效地保护了当事人的合法权益。然而实际生活中，公众对法院的信任，尤其是对基层法院的信任却并不如期待中那般乐观。当前，社会公众正经历着一个在司法认知不够与司法需求激增之间，在畏惧司法与质疑司法之间徘徊的特殊时期，对司法权威的挑战与对司法的不信任形成了恶性循环。加强公信力建设成为人民法院迫在眉睫的重大课题，而虚假诉讼则成为制约法院公信力建设的重要因素。

The people＇s Court is the last line of defense as fairness and justice, effectively safeguarding the authority and dignity of the law, effectively protecting the legitimate rights and interests of the clients. But in real life, the public are not trust in the courts, especially the trust of the grass roots courts which not expected so optimistic. Currently, the public is experiencing a special period between the short of judicial cognition and the increase judicial demand, special period between fear and doubt the judicial justice, the challenge of the judicial authority and the lack of trust in the judicial system formed the vicious circle. Enhance the credibility of the people＇s court is an imminent important study, and false litigation has become an important factor in the credibility building of the court.
