摘要
以莠去津为模板分子,采用沉淀聚合法制备了莠去津分子印迹聚合物,并将其作为离子载体制备了低检出限莠去津分子印迹聚合物膜离子选择性电极。优化的电极膜组分(质量分数)为:PVC 30.1%、o-NPOE 60.8%、NaTFPB 1.5%、MIP 7.6%,筛选适宜的内充液为0.01mol·L^-1 NaCl溶液,制得的电极在1.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-3 mol·L^-1的浓度范围内对莠去津离子呈能斯特响应,响应斜率为53.9mV·decade^-1,检出限为1.9×10^-8 mol·L^-1。该电极具有良好的选择性和稳定性,已成功应用于自来水中莠去津的测定。
A polymeric membrane ion-selective electrode with a low detection limit for determination of atrazine is described in this paper. The proposed electrode is based on a molecularly imprinted polymer(MIP) as selective recognition element,which can be synthesized by precipitation method using atrazine as the template. The optimum membrane constituents are as follows.. PVC 30. 1% ,o-NPOE 60.8% ,NaTFPB 1.5% ,MIP 7.6%, and the inner filling solution is 0.01 mol·L^-1 NaC1. Under optimized conditions, the electrode exhibits near-Nernstian response (53.9 mV ·L decade^-1) to the protonated atrazine over a wide concentration range of 1.0× 10^-7~1.0× 10^-3 mol· L^-1 with a low detection limit of 1.9× 10^-8 mol· L^-1. The proposed sensor shows excellent selectivity and long-term stability,and has been successfully applied to determination of atrazine content in tap water.
