运用稳态极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱和恒电位方波测极化阻力 (Rp)等电化学测试方法 ,研究了 0 .5mol·L-1HCl介质中非离子表面活性剂吐温 - 2 0 (Tw - 2 0 )在铁表面的吸附特征及其与聚丙烯酸 (PAAC)对铁腐蚀的协同缓蚀作用 ,证明Tw - 2 0在铁表面的吸附遵循修正的Langmuir吸附等温式 ,探讨了铁 /盐酸体系中Tw - 2
The synergistic inhibition by nonionic surfactant Tw-20 and polyacrylic acid (PAAC) for pure iron in HCl solution is studied by using stable state polarization curves, polarization Resistance (Rp) and EIS. The results show that Tw-20 has marked synergism with PAAC on the inhibition of corrosion of iron in HCl solution. It is found that a small amount of Tw-20 could improve the protection efficiency of low-concentration PAAC in Fe/HCl system from 68% to above 92%. The synergistic inhibition mechanism of Tw-20 and polyacrylic acid is studied. It is shown that Tw-20 is adsorbed on the iron-solution interface, improving the surface moisten degree of the iron and dispersity of polyacrylic acid in the solution. The adsorption of polyacrylic acid on the iron surface is thus improved and the inhibition characteristic of polyacrylic acid is greatly improved.
