摘要
研究了铝熔体中非金属夹杂物Al2 O3的电磁分离 .利用自己设计的矩形电磁感应线圈和分离器 ,在感应线圈通入 2 0A电流 ,频率为 50Hz,铝熔体温度为 74 0℃ ,分离时间为 3min的条件下 ,考查了不同粒径的非金属夹杂颗粒分离效果 .实验结果为 :粒径为 50 μm以上的非金属夹杂颗粒可以完全分离 ;粒径为 1 0~ 50 μm的非金属夹杂颗粒可以大部分分离 ;粒径为 1 0 μm以下的非金属夹杂颗粒不能分离 .研究结果表明 :实验数据与计算机模拟计算结果基本相符 ,粒径大、球形的颗粒易于电磁分离 ;
The principle of the particles migration in molten metals in electromagnetic field is focused. The migrating rate of the Alumina in Aluminum molten was accelerated remarkably by the TMF. The experiments of electromagnetic separation of inclusions of different size from molten aluminum were conducted using a rectangle induced coil and a separator designed by ourselves, under the coil current was 20 A, 50 Hz, the molten aluminum temperature was about 740 ℃, the separating time was 3 minutes. The experiments results show that the large non-metallic inclusions particles (greater than 50 μm) are completely removed, the greater part of medium size inclusions (10~50 μm) are removed, and the very small inclusions (less than 10 μm) are hardly removed from molten aluminum. The results of numerical simulation agre with data. The greater moving velocity of includions the larger size of spherical particles was. It was not easy to remove includions small and slice.
