Spinal-epidural Anesthesia for Obstetric Patients after Headache Causes and Control Measures

目的:分析腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉后产科患者头疼的原因,并提出相应的控制与预防措施。方法:以75例分娩后发生头疼的产妇为研究对象,回顾性分析患者头痛类型和诊断资料,分析导致患者头痛的主要原因,并提出相应的治疗手段和措施。结果:本组75例患者发生硬膜穿破后头痛、颈源性头痛和偏头痛分别为67例(89.33%)、7例(9.33%)、1例(1.33%)。所有患者在采取针对性治疗后,头痛消失或缓解。结论:硬膜穿破后头痛是产妇腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉头痛的主要原因。产后头痛只要采取针对性的治疗和护理,头痛症状可以明显缓解甚至消失。

Objective： To analyze the spinal-epidural anesthesia for obstetric patients after headache causes and propose appropriate control and preventive measures. Methods. 75 cases occurred after delivery of maternal headache for the study, patients had a retrospective analysis and diagnosis of headache type, analyze the main reasons leading to headache patients,and the corresponding treatment means and measures. Results： 75 patients die after puncture headache, neck, headache and migraine all 67 cases （89. 33%）, 7 cases （9. 33%）, 1 case （1. 33%）. All patients after taking targeted therapy, headaches disappeared or eased. Conclusion： Die maternal headache after spinal anesthesia puncture-the main reason for epidural anesthesia headache. Just take appropriate postpartum headache treatment and care, can significantly alleviate the symptoms of headache or even disappear.
