摘要
对QWR铜铌溅射超导腔铜基进行频率修正时,需考虑温度导致的频率变化。本工作研究了铜基频率随温度的变化,并在液氮温度下进行实验验证,在此基础上确定了铜基频率的修正工艺。实验结果表明,150MHz的QWR铜铌溅射超导腔修正后的频率与预期频率误差在2kHz以内。
Mechanical correction of frequency for copper base of Nb sputtered QWR cavitiy needs to take the change of frequency of cavity with temperature into account . The relationship between temperature and frequency of Nb sputtered QWR cavity was studied and verified at liquid nitrogen temperature ,meanw hile the procedure of mechan-ical correction was optimized .The results show that final frequency error is controlled under 2 kHz for a 150 M Hz Nb sputtered QWR cavity .
