摘要
在实验装置中分别采用2种不同结构的精馏塔,通过实验比较2种精馏过程对制冷机性能的影响。分别从驱动热源对制冷量的影响、塔内运行温度及温度稳定性、精馏塔运行工况稳定性(如改变冷却水流量)3个方面对2种精馏塔做出了对比和分析。研究结果表明:填料塔的塔内稳定工况时温度虽然高于筛板塔,但填料式精馏塔对于驱动热源波动,冷却水量波动有较大的操作弹性空间。
The performance of two kinds of distillation column was compared by adapting two methods of distillation respectively in one set of experimental apparatus.The experiments make a contrast and analysis of these two kinds of distillation column in three aspects:the influence of driving heat source on the refrigerating capacity,the running temperature and its stability,as well as the stability of working condition (when the cooling water is variable).The result shows that although the temperature of packed distillation column is higher than that of sieve plate distillation column in stable working condition,the packing type distillation column has large elasticity of operation space for fluctuation of driving heat and cooling water.
