摘要
风噪声是汽车高速行驶时的主要噪声源之一,风噪声测试及分析通常在风洞中进行。针对风洞造价及使用昂贵的现状,提出不依赖于风洞,在道路上高速空档滑行进行汽车风噪声主观评价和测试的方法。通过对比车内语音清晰度指数证明某轿车柱内空腔发泡对风噪声的积极影响;结合工程技术人员实践经验判断某轿车"异常"风噪声源,采用后三角窗内压条封端设计,消除频率特性为5 kHz^10 kHz的"异常"风噪声。
Wind noise is one of the most important noise sources of cars running at high speed. Usually, the measurement and analysis of wind noise of cars are done in automobile wind-tunnel. However, it is very expensive to construct and use the wind-tunnel. In this paper, a wind noise evaluation and measurement method of cars running on the real road at high speed and using the neutral gear is introduced. According to the mutual comparison of articulation indexes inside the car, it is verified that the partitions inside pillars of the car have positive influence on the wind noise. Based on this method and the experience of engineers, the abnormal wind noise source of cars can be identified. The optimization of end inner seal at the rear triangle window is carried out to eliminate the abnormal wind noise with the frequencies of 5 kHz-10 kHz.
