摘要
针对风力机现场动平衡中叶轮转速波动的工况特点,提出一种依据转速信号对振动信号进行整周期截取合并的信号预处理方法。此方法解决动平衡中振动幅值和相位的跳动问题,提高配重计算的稳定性和准确性。利用Lab Windows/CVI设计出基于此方法的动平衡数据采集处理软件,采用多线程技术对软件整体架构进行设计,提高软件的实时性与可靠性。经外场实测验证,该方法提高现场动平衡的效率,具有一定的工程应用价值。
Due to the fluctuation of rotating speed of wind turbines in dynamic balance, a signal preprocessing method, which intercept the vibration signals periodically and combine them according to the rotating speed signal, is developed. The problem of jumps of phases and amplitudes in the dynamic balance is solved, and the stability and accuracy of the balance weight computation are improved. The software, which collects the dynamic balance signals, is designed based on Lab Windows/CVI. The real-time property and reliability of the software are improved by using multithreading technique. Through the test, the efficiency of this signal preprocessing method for in-situ dynamic balancing is verified. This method has some significance for engineering application.
