摘要
通过对软件人才需求与供给矛盾现状的分析,对高等学校软件工程培养目标和方向进行了研究.把软件工程的人才培养根据实际情况分成三个层次,以适应不同层次学生和市场的需求.根据《软件工程知识体系》、《软件工程教育知识体系》和《高等学校软件工程专业规范》,设计了以培养具有软件工程技术能力和软件工程设计能力为主,同时兼顾软件分析人才培养的软件工程专业培养方案.
The educational objective and direction of software engineering specialty in universities are studied through the analysis of the present situation of the contradiction between the demand and supply of the software talents. According to the actual situation, software engineering talents cultivation is divided into three levels in order to adapt to the demand of stu- dents at different levels and that of the market. According to the "Software Engineering Knowledge System", "Software Engineering Education Knowledge System" and "University Software Engineering Specialty Code", the software engineering specialty training plan is formulated for cultivating talents with the software engineering technique and design ability, as well as the ability of software analysis.
