摘要 为了利用地下空间开发解决历史文物保护与更新中存在的功能拓展、建筑用地短缺等问题,通过对历史文物地下空间开发适宜性的历史文物保护与开发特性、历史建筑地下空间开发、空间区位条件、工程地质条件和水文地质条件等影响因素进行分析,建立地下空间开发适宜性评价指标体系,利用层次分析法确定各影响因素的权重。针对各影响因素定性和定量指标的特征,应用模糊数学综合评价方法,构建地下空间适宜性评价模型,得出评价指标隶属度函数,确定评价等级的划分标准和范围,明确地下空间禁止开发区、限制开发区、适宜开发区和鼓励开发区等4种开发保护类型。以历史文物及相关街区内某一区域的各项指标为例,确定了历史文物地下空间开发适宜性评价方法。 The functional expansion, the shortage of building land and other issues in the historic relic protection and renewal can be solved by underground space development. In this paper, the suitability factors affecting the historic relic underground space development were analyzed, such as the characteristic of historic relic protection and development, the historic building underground space development, the space location conditions, the engi-neering geological conditions and the hydrogeological conditions. The suitability evaluation index system of under-ground space development was established and the weight of each factor determined by the analytic hierarchy process method. For the characteristics of the qualitative and quantitative indicators of each factor, the assessment model of underground space suitability was constructed,the membership functions of the evaluation index were ob-tained,and the criteria for the classification and the scope of the evaluation level were determined,thus classifying the prohibited zone, the restricted zone, the suitable zone and the encouraged zone-the four types of underground space development and protection with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. A case study on historical relics and the relevant blocks within a certain area of each index was presented to study the suitability evaluation method for historical relic underground space development.
